  It is a knowing fact that the transport unions in Ogun State especially the car/bus section has been engulfed in crisis after the last gubernatorial election in the state. It is also an open secret that there have been a serious contention over the three transport unions not until recent that relative and easy calm returned, but it last for a while. EFCC SAGA: Kano High Court Order Can Not Stop EFCC From Investigating Kwankwaso and Others.

The continuous resistance of Former Governors to EFCC Investigations is becoming worrisome as Nigeria is marking the June 12 Anniversary as Democracy Day. It is on record that The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) through it's National Secretary - Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday requested for the EFCC investigation of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and other corrupt party officers on the money collected by the party from the sales of Nomination forms and Campaign funds donations which was allegedly stolen by Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and his cohorts. In a dramatic reaction to the imminent EFCC investigation, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso rushed to Kano State High Court to procure an order to stop EFCC from inviting him and other alleged corrupt officers for investigation.
