KWANKWASO IS A POLITICAL MERCHANDISE, STOP GIVING UNDUE ATTENTION TO HIM - NNPP TELLS TINUBU



The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) rose from an emergency meeting of its National Working Committee (NWC) with a stern warning to the Federal Government and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that giving undue attention to the personality of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who is already a confused politician may discredit the good work of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu especially in the Northern Nigeria.


The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) in  a statement signed by it's National Secretary, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday made it clear that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is an expired politician who is living in the regals of past glory. " We are saying it unequivocally that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is expired. He has been expelled from New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) for embezzlement and monumental corruption and the Leadership of New Nigeria People's Party has dragged him to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for interrogation and prosecution."


In the Statement, Oginni made it clear that the much celebrated Kano State" Million votes" was no longer with Kwankwaso simply because a great number of Prominent Kano Politicians who helped the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) to win Kano State in 2023 Election are no longer with Kwankwaso. For instance, great Kano Politicians in the likes of Hon. Kabir Rurun, Hon. Madaki, Senator Suleiman Abdulrahman Kawu, the Secretary to Kano State Government, Hon.Bichi and the immediate past Chief of Staff to Gov. Yusuf have long parted ways with Kwankwaso due to his selfishness and greediness. It is evident that NNPP cannot win Kano without these great Kano Politicians and many others yet to be mentioned. With the exit of these arrays of great politicians from his " red cap club" Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is Mr. Nobody in Kano State politics.


The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) is hereby telling President Bola Ahmed Tinubu the needful truth that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is a spent force looking for attention by discrediting the good work of President Tinubu most especially in the Northern Nigeria.


As a Political Party, New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) discovered long ago that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Elder Buba Galadima are political merchandise. Therefore, we are for the umpteenth time warning  President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to allow a betrayer like Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to use the Presidency and the Federal Government as a tool to market himself as the new "Messiah of the North" after Buhari' exit.


"It is laughable that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who is desperate to become Nigeria President cannot manage a wonderful political party like New Nigeria People's Party".  

"It is against common sense that Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who cannot manage the small success of New Nigeria People's Party in Kano is desperately aspiring to become the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria by openly conjuring lies against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on marginalization of the North", Oginni concluded

Airport Imbroglio: Ayinde Marshall Gets Six Months Ban

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has effectively banned Fuji  Musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshall K1 from flying from any Nigerian Airport for the next six Months . Michael Achimugu, the NCAA’s director of public affairs and consumer protection, announced the no fly ban on the musician during a press briefing on Thursday August 7, 2025 , a direct response to the musicians action and altercation with Crew of Value Jet and officials at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja  on Wednesday which nearly resulted into a major aviation disaster. According to him ,"the passenger is going to be blacklisted for the next six months flying in Nigeria."
